Base pay range: $19.75/hr – $19.75/hr

Part‑Time Merchandiser/Stocker is responsible for servicing assigned Lowe's stores by supporting Novo BP's Stocking Program, stocking lumber and millwork products, and maintaining merchandise presentation.

Part‑time role with an average of 8–10 hours per week. Available Wednesdays and Thursdays during daytime hours.

Pay: $19.75/hr.

• Ensure your safety while working in the Lowe's store, as well as the safety of others, including Lowe's personnel or customers.
• Be courteous and professional to customers.
• Communicate effectively with Lowe's store personnel.
• Contact the Lowe's receiving department to confirm product availability.
• Stock Novo products within 36 hours of delivery unless otherwise arranged.
• Retrieve products from inventory, break bundles, and stock appropriately.
• Ensure all stocked products look neat and tidy.
• Perform culls and ensure Lowe's receives credit for damaged pieces.
• Keep aisles free of debris and dispose of packaging materials properly.
• Return or arrange returns of carts and racks to proper locations.
• Participate in special customer events as requested.

• Use of proper PPE and company‑approved tools while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and customers.
• Reliable transportation.
  
  Flexibility in scheduling.

• Current unrestricted driver’s license and acceptable driving record with adequate insurance.
• Prior experience stocking customer stores.
• Basic computer skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Daily travel to assigned Lowe's store(s) in a local region.

• 100% – stand, handle, squeeze or grasp.
• 80% – reach with hands and arms, depth perception.
• 50% – walk, repetitive motion, operate moving equipment.
• 10% – work bent at waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend or twist.
• Lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• Lift, push or pull 75–100 lbs. with assistance.
