Position Summary
The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales‑focused role crucial to our team's success. The position involves providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use your energetic demeanor to sell the visit, persuade customers to engage with our automotive services, build strong relationships, promote products and services, and establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments.
You will also conduct transaction procedures with precision and efficiency to ensure a seamless experience for customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and customer service to thrive in a fast‑paced automotive retail environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Pay Range
$13.95 – $20.88 per hour
Responsibilities
- Operate as a motivated sales individual.
- Build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandize, advertise and promote products and services.
- Provide energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- At least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Problem‑solving skills related to customer complaints.
- Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
