We’re a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where brand ambassadors create energy and excitement around our products and services. This role is a learning pathway with potential promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers and your expertise.
• Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Build relationships with colleagues across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Identify and hand off small business leads and develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success.
• Contribute to a positive, first-class customer experience and have a good time while delivering results.

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and build meaningful connections with customers.
• Competitive drive with the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Ability to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices while serving customers.
• Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals.
• Be at least 18 years of age; high school degree or GED.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and availability for Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours).
