We are seeking a Field Manager for a growing team in an installation, manufacturing, and distribution company in Jacksonville, Florida
. Our Multi‑Family division provides building materials for the residential market statewide with locations across North and South Florida. We are the largest independent turnkey supplier for lumber, truss, doors, and windows for general contractors, multifamily, and single‑family builders.

• Lead a group of construction superintendents
• 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Finished carpentry experience – preferred
• Hardware/lock knowledge – preferred
• Warranty or defective product assessment experience
• Detail oriented and organized
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Heavy lifting, long periods of standing
• Long periods working outdoors on active construction sites
• Must work closely with superintendents; friendly and communicative
• Flexible schedule, quick thinking, and accuracy required
