We are a thriving, privately owned specialty and emergency veterinary hospital opening a new location in Orange Park, FL, and we’re looking for Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our incredible front desk team.

Available

Shifts:

(4-day workweeks or alternating schedules possible)
• Day

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Swing

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Your Role:

• Be the first and last impression for our clients—warm, professional, and composed
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and empathy
• Check in/out patients and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Facilitate communication between clients and medical staff
• Assist with financial transactions, treatment plan discussions, and general support

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of client-facing or veterinary front desk experience preferred
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Calm under pressure and able to handle emotionally charged situations
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork
• A love for animals and empathy for pet owners
