Description

We are currently seeking a Locum MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Otolaryngology. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in diagnosing and treating disorders related to the ear, nose, and throat. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse medical cases and make a significant impact on patient care.

As a Locum MD or DO in Otolaryngology, you will be involved in a variety of projects ranging from conducting patient consultations and examinations to performing surgical procedures. Your role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and maintaining the reputation of our organization in the medical field. Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Perform surgical procedures related to Otolaryngology.
  • Prescribe medications and provide follow-up care.

  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Educate patients on preventive healthcare measures.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Otolaryngology.

Requirements
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
  • Board certification in Otolaryngology.
  • Valid state medical license.
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating ear, nose, and throat conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical environment.

Schedule:

24-hour call shifts, 7a-7a, 2-3 days per month

Daily Volume: 15 patients

Case Types:
General and trauma

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & lodging
