She Recruits is partnering with a major hospital system in Northeast Florida to recruit a Board Certified/Board Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) for an employed opportunity in Orange Park, Florida.

This position offers strong surgical volume, trauma exposure, and long-term stability within a Level II Trauma Center serving a growing patient population.

This is a high-demand ENT role within a well-supported hospital environment, offering the opportunity to build a strong surgical practice with established referral patterns.

• Provide comprehensive otolaryngology care for adult and pediatric patients
• Perform a broad range of ENT surgical procedures including sinus surgery, tonsillectomy, thyroid procedures, and head & neck surgeries
• Manage airway emergencies and trauma-related ENT cases
• Provide inpatient consults within a Level II Trauma Center
• Participate in shared call rotation
• Collaborate with primary care physicians, emergency physicians, and surgical specialists
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and service line development
• Support growth of the ENT program within the community

• MD or DO
• BC/BE in Otolaryngology
• Current or ability to obtain unrestricted Florida medical license
• Current DEA registration
• Clean professional record
