Job Overview

Responsibilities- Provide high‑quality hair cutting, coloring, and grooming services for men and boys.
- Maintain salon cleanliness, restock supplies, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for clients.
- Perform consultations, recommend services, and upsell complimentary products as appropriate.
- Valid cosmetology license and barber license.
- Professional, enthusiastic, and client‑focused with a passion for hair care.
- Preferred experience performing cutting/coloring and client consultation in a salon setting.
- Paycheck paid every Friday.
- Competitive base hourly rate ($22‑$35 per hour) with commission and bonus opportunities.
- Full‑time 401(k) and health, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days.
- Paid holidays, paid time off, and flexible scheduling for full‑time and part‑time positions.
