About This RoleAs a BCBA, you will practice independently and provide supervision of our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to ensure effective delivery of ABA programming. You will oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans, monitor progress, and work with children both within our centers and in the community. This collaborative role involves close work with RBTs, BCaBAs, and other BCBAs where your expertise is valued.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Directly implement ABA programming for children aged 18 months – 12 years
- Conduct client‑specific assessments
- Develop tailored ABA programming
- Manage service delivery time effectively
- Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians
- Provide caregiver training
- Deliver in‑home or community “wrap‑around” services as needed
- Collaborate with parents/guardians
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s degree
- Experience working with children of varying abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing verbal behavior programming
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience in managing/supervising others
- Ability to make quick, sound decisions
