Make your own schedule as a 1099 contractor with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle, with day, evening, and 24‑hour live‑in positions available.

Compensation:
Hourly $16.00 - $19.00. Live‑in rates $170 - $215 per day. Pay rates are client‑directed and depend on location, level of care, client needs, etc.

Our response time is usually within a few hours, and our goal is to help you get contracted within the week.

• Provide companionship and non‑medical support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Administer medication reminders.
• Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties.
• Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor's appointments.

• Offer companionship and non‑medical support to seniors in their own homes.

• Complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation duties.
• Perform grocery shopping and provide transportation to errands and doctor's appointments.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work within the United States.
• Reliable transportation to work is required; a valid driver's license is preferred.
• Self‑directed, with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia is a plus.
