What You'll DoAs a caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care that allows seniors to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities may include:

Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) Mobility and transfer assistance

Meal preparation. Light housekeeping. Medication reminders

Transportation to appointments

Companionship and conversation

Dementia and Alzheimer's care Communicating and documenting changes in client condition and daily care Every client is different, so responsibilities vary by care plan.

What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and enjoy helping others.

Qualifications include:

Florida CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification

Current in-person CPR certification

At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience

Reliable transportation to get to clients throughout our service area Smartphone for scheduling, completing shifts and office communication
