Your Responsibilities as a Host- Going out of your way to assist every guest
- Serving our fresh baked bread
- Maintaining wait and quote times effectively
- Giving first-time guests an extra special welcome
- Sharing our legendary Texas Roadhouse Story with guests
- Demonstrating that we are the friendliest place in town
- Exhibiting teamwork

RequirementsOur Roadies are paid weekly. After one year of service and meeting benefit eligibility, they can access our comprehensive rewards package, including:
