PI Litigation Paralegal

Overview

North Florida Law Firm is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic plaintiff’s personal injury litigation paralegal who handles cases and clients in litigation and pre-litigation regarding auto accidents, slip and fall, animal bite and occasional business case. The candidate must understand and have experience handling property (car / vehicle) damage, UM and BI claims. Will be responsible for handling claims from intake to settlement and all litigation.

The individual must thoroughly comprehend BI, UM and PIP coverage and be able to explain it. This is not an entry level position.

The position entails extensive contact with judges, lawyers, offices, clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers and must be done on a regular basis.

We are a 26 year old personal injury law firm and willing to pay top dollar for a top candidate. Health insurance is available with a 50% contribution from the employee and there are nine paid holidays. There are no other benefits.

We are located in Orange Park, Florida/South Jacksonville.
