As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of employees, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Leadership and Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of ice cream shop workers.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a positive and cohesive team environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide product information and recommendations (upsell).
  • Set and maintain high standards for customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

• Operations Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the ice cream shop.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Product Quality and Presentation:
  • Maintain consistency in ice cream quality and presentation.
  • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures for food preparation.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization in all areas of the shop.
• Sales and Marketing:
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Proven experience in a managerial role in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
