This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aircraft Painter based in Orange Park, FL. The Aircraft Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting aircraft surfaces, including sanding, masking, priming, and applying topcoats to meet customer specifications and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include inspecting surfaces for defects, maintaining clean and organized work spaces, and complying with safety protocols and quality assurance guidelines.

• Experience in surface preparation techniques such as sanding, masking, and priming
• Knowledge of painting processes, including color matching, paint mixing, and application of topcoats
• Understanding and adherence to safety standards, including proper use of tools, equipment, and protective gear
• Attention to detail, ability to identify and address surface defects
• Relevant experience in the aerospace industry is a strong advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required
• Physical capability to perform tasks involving repetitive motions, standing for extended periods, and lifting heavy objects as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in aviation painting preferred
