This is a full‑time, benefits‑eligible role that supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.

• Manage store operations as assigned by Manager and assume full operational control in the Manager’s absence.
• Assist in hiring, training, and develop all associates; ensure expectations for each position are met.
• Work and train all positions in both front and back of house.
• Perform administrative functions such as banking and scheduling.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools (huddles, observation checklists, Ham evaluations).
• Execute opening/closing procedures and compile daily/weekly reports.
• Manage labor and adjust store staffing based on business demand.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies, including wait times, yields, and product quality.
• Ensure proper sanitation procedures, equipment use, stocking and cleanup duties.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of all products in FOH and BOH, including unproduced and produced hams and turkeys.
• Handle complaints with 100 % customer satisfaction per company policy.
• Participate in B2B and catering sales and fulfillment processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions from one promotion to another and set up holiday and non‑holiday displays.

High school diploma or equivalent; basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook); 2 years of restaurant or service‑industry experience desirable; prior supervisory experience recommended; good understanding of a production‑facility operation (equivalent to 1‑2 years’ work experience); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries.

Physical dexterity and mobility required to perform job duties, which may include working with a hot torch. Requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting products or supplies up to 65 lbs.
