Accountant, Financial Reporting, Senior Accountant

Our client, a leading organization in the finance and accounting sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting the accounting operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will enable you to thrive within the organization.

Orange, CAPay Range: $35.28/hr – $42.03/hr Duration: 6 months

• Prepare reconciliations to ensure that account activities are accurately recorded in the General Ledger.
• Review invoices and account statements, maintaining the Accounts Receivable and billing subsystem.
• Review and analyze general ledger data to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Prepare various journal entries to properly reflect activity in the General Ledger.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of general ledger processes and reconciliation procedures.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
