Construction Project Accountant job in Orange County, CA
This is a permanent, full time position that offers a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Review Insurance Certificates, W9’s, MSA’s, Change-Orders, Certified Payrolls, and Work-Orders
- Track submittals, RFI’s and documentation
- Assist Project Managers and Field Operations as well as Accounting Department helping to build and maintain accurate records and project values and accurate expense reporting
- Understand and coordinate with Owner and General Contractor billing cycles
- Assist with payments, releases, and waivers
- Prepare subcontractor billings and vendor purchase orders
- 3+ years of commercial construction project accounting experience
- Local in Orange County
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Stable work-history
- Bachelor’s in accounting
- Experience working with Viewpoint
