The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring a Mobile Service Ambassador – Orange, CA
. This position is immediately open and offers competitive compensation.

Pay & Benefits: Starting pay $20.00/hr, with base pay varying based on experience, location, and job‑related knowledge. Benefits may include medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, tuition assistance, paid vacation and sick leave, and tire discounts.

• Perform tire and automotive services (fluid exchanges, preventative maintenance, brake repairs, and mobile services) while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Maintain independence on assigned routes, safely driving between appointments and representing Goodyear with proper safety checks.
• Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and explaining the service process while demonstrating knowledge of products, warranties, and promotions.
• Execute manual tasks such as pre‑preparation of equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning the worksite, and product reconciliation.
• Perform manual lifting and bending tasks, including lifting consumer tires and wheels, and standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
• Be available to travel to other cities for training or new technology instruction.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Six months of automotive experience.
• No relocation will be offered.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Preferred:
  Three months of customer service experience.

• Passion for customer service and providing top‑line service.
• Ability to work independently, follow schedules, and solve problems within Goodyear’s team.
• Clear communicator who makes interactions approachable and informative.
• Comfortable with technology, including mobile apps and van tire equipment.
• Excellent time management and flexibility for variable schedules.
• Follow all procedures and guidelines, with readiness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
