Location: Orange, CT

Eosol Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Analyst - Sourcing Manager / Purchasing to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will leverage your expertise in purchasing and sourcing to drive our procurement strategy while maintaining a strong commercial focus. Experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) purchasing is highly preferred.

• Sourcing Strategy Development:
  Design and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals. Use analytical tools to assess market trends and supplier performance.
• Supplier Relationship Management:
  Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate favorable terms, and foster partnerships focused on continuous improvement.
• Contract Negotiation and Management:
  Lead negotiations, ensure compliance, and review contracts for cost savings and value enhancement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement strategies.
• Market Analysis:
  Conduct research on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting:
  Develop KPIs and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
• Risk Management:
  
  Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Mentorship:
  Mentor junior staff and promote best practices within the team.

• Minimum 6 years of purchasing and procurement experience, EPC experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related;
  Master’s or certifications are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in procurement software and Excel.
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
