Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $ USD Annually

• Maintain accurate volume forecasts for the entire organization to support production planning.
• Lead and continuously improve the Demand Planning process.
• Distribute consensus demand forecasts to supply planners and FP&A teams.
• Monitor actual sales versus forecasted demand; identify and correct outliers.
• Apply and enhance statistical forecasting methodologies; break down forecasts to item, weekly, ship-from, and customer levels.
• Organize and execute key meetings (Accuracy/Demand Review, Demand Consensus Reviews) and provide required data for IBP meetings.
• Manage rolling consensus forecasts (0–18/24 months) and execute 5-year forecasts for owned plants for AOP.
• Communicate regularly with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations to address significant forecast variances.
• Maintain processes to share major changes in demand for individual items promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of experience in demand planning or related field.
