About the RoleTrophy Smack is looking for a Graphic Designer to support its growing marketing and brand team. This is a hands‑on role for an early‑career designer who’s excited to learn, create, and see their work everywhere – from social feeds and emails to product pages and campaigns tied to major sports moments. You’ll help bring our bold, high‑energy brand to life across digital channels while learning how a fast‑growing ecommerce brand operates behind the scenes.
WhatYou’ll Do Brand & Marketing Design
- Experience with creating content for Amazon, including infographics and A+ Content
- Design marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and website promotions
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
- Assist in creating visual content for promotions, partnerships, and events
- Help maintain visual consistency across all customer‑facing touchpoints
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute creative concepts
- Receive feedback and iterate quickly on designs
- Support senior designers and marketers with layout, resizing, and asset production
- Stay aligned with brand guidelines and evolving creative direction
- Organize and maintain digital design files and templates
- Help prepare assets for different formats and platforms
- Support basic photo editing and graphic updates as needed
- Experience working within digital asset management software; experience with Canto a plus
- 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or marketing design
- Experience in color separation and printed graphics (e.g., packaging, flyers, trade‑show displays, POP design, etc.)
- Experience or portfolio demonstrating strong editorial design skills within the sports industry is preferred
- Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)
- Basic understanding of brand design, layout, and typography
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow creatively
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Bonus:
