Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join a talented creative team. As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning and effective digital design projects for our clients. You will work closely with a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and account managers to bring our clients  visions to life in the digital space.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.
• Develop innovative and visually compelling digital design concepts for websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Create and optimize graphics, animations, and multimedia content to ensure high-quality user experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes.
• Provide art direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers to maintain a high level of design quality and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver designs that align with clients  brand identities and marketing goals.
• Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Ensure that all designs are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible for various digital platforms and devices.

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, and other relevant tools.
• In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Strong understanding of web design, responsive design, and mobile design best practices.
• Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to clients and team members.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying on the cutting edge of digital design trends.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous agency experience is a plus.

Hourly Rate: $40-$50/hr

This position requires a team member to work onsite in the Orange County office.
