Guide prospective egg donors through application, preliminary review, documentation, and preparation for selection. Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment through genuine human connection, active listening, clear education, and consistent, personalized follow-up. Maintain accurate profiles and availability information. You will often be the first person a prospective donor speaks with, making your ability to listen, build trust, and explain the process essential.
The role combines active outreach and relationship building with careful tracking of applications, records, and screening steps. Strong candidates bring energy, empathy, and sales or service skills while respecting each donor’s autonomy and maintaining accuracy across a busy pipeline.
- Manage a high volume of donor inquiries; respond promptly, explain participation requirements and compensation terms, and document consistent follow-up and next steps.
- Conduct structured interviews using approved questions and criteria; discuss motivation, scheduling, availability, and practical responsibilities.
- Help candidates complete personal, health, family history, and prior donation information; refer medical questions to qualified professionals.
- Explain authorized profile use, information sharing, and consent; avoid promises about permanent anonymity, selection, or cycle timing.
- Collect authorized profile materials and prior-cycle records; check completeness and consistency without interpreting clinical or genetic results.
- Coordinate records requests and screening appointments with designated teams; maintain active follow-up on missing requirements.
- Prepare accurate profiles, identify self-reported information, and avoid overstating donor qualifications, prior results, or availability.
- Reconfirm interest, travel limits, and availability while donors await selection; respect requests to pause, withdraw, or change permissions.
- Coordinate inquiries with matching and transfer selected donor files with current authorizations, screening status, records, and open questions.
- Maintain recruitment source and stage data; support approved outreach and information sessions and recommend improvements to donor engagement.
- Donor inquiries receive prompt, personalized responses and a clearly documented follow-up plan.
- Applicants understand the process, commitments, and next steps and can make informed choices.
- Profiles, screening records, permissions, and availability remain accurate and current.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Working knowledge of surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF; excellent communication, customer service, organization, and proactive follow-up.
- Tech savvy and comfortable learning new platforms, including Egg Donor Connect, CRM systems, Google Workspace (G Suite), Slack, and related case management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accurate records, confidentiality, sound judgment, and inclusive service.
- Experience in an egg donor program, IVF clinic, agency, healthcare intake, recruiting, or client service preferred. Sales experience is a plus. Former donors and experienced surrogates with strong administrative and relationship-building skills are welcome.
- Bilingual English and Spanish or English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin, preferred. Please identify spoken and written proficiency.
