** POSITION SUMMARY
** Under the guidance of the Director of Missions, the Temporary Missions Program Operation Specialist supports the Missions Program by assisting in the daily Missions activities related to Missions equipment, worship teams, class activity teams, invoice payments, and mission trips.  This temporary position is a 3-month assignment with possible extension.

* * ESSENTIAL DUTIES*
* * Equipment management and event coordination  + Prepares for and has equipment oversight of mission trips, Local Engagement activities, retreats, and other events  + Upon request, serves as a chaperone at local Missions events and service sites and as assigned on Missions trips  + Maintains, organizes, catalogs, and prepares all equipment for trips and for use in the Missions offices and classroom
* Reconcile payments of Missions credit cards and invoices
* Assist with the recycling program, including pickup, sign-ups, and financial distribution
* Member of Missions team that develops student leaders and builds class community to prepare students to live as Christians in this world  + Assist in the instruction and training for Missions Program Student Leadership Team  + Preps and oversees a student-led weekly Missions Class Activity team in each of the four classes  + Meet with Officers, other missions staff, and students as needed to implement the vision
* Assists with photo and video creation and development of videos and reels

* * High School;
Some college preferred
** Experience
* * Experience with missions and missions equipment
** LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, AND CLEARANCES
*** Cleared Background/Fingerprint check
* Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
* Cleared TB assessment
* Completion of Ministry Safe Training
* Valid CA Driver's License

* Travel and chaperone off-site, including overnight mission trips as assigned
