Position Overview
St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant to join a well‑established Cardiology team in Orange, California. This high‑autonomy role ideal for someone who thrives in complex cardiac care and enjoys thinking outside the box. Work closely with an interventional cardiologist treating complex high‑risk coronary disease and chronic total occlusions while also participating in rounding during procedures, pre‑op consults, schedule support, and program outreach.

- Full‑time Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- No call responsibilities
- Support the new CHIP/COT service line
- Highly collegial and experienced team including physicians, MAs, NPs, and PAs
- Average 12 to 16 patients per day
- Compensation between $163,129 and $209,736 per year
- 5 Days CME + $2,500
- Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, retirement, and more
Salary range reflects total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable. Providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
Qualifications & Requirements- Must be a PA‑C with a cardiology background
- Experience highly preferred; new graduates with a cardiology background are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with complex cardiac cases
- Capable of working independently
