Responsibilities- Analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing traditional data and big data
- Leveraging digital tools, innovation and GIS technologies
- Supporting and leading traffic impact analysis, micro‑simulation modeling and travel demand modeling work
- Preparing reports, presentations, outreach collateral materials and other deliverables
- Leading and supporting stakeholder engagement and public outreach
- Leading and supporting project and client meetings
- Managing scope, schedule, budget and resourcing for tasks and projects
- Collaborating with engineers, urban designers and data scientists
- Driving sustainable outcomes
- Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Transportation Planning and Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the projects or tasks assigned; possess a "can do" attitude and willingness to step out of your comfort zone
- Strong curiosity and desire to develop new skills
- Demonstrated interest in your chosen field through previous employment, volunteering or organization memberships
- Creative thinking skills with a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Proficient communication and presentation skills, able to engage confidently with clients and colleagues
- Resilient, solution‑oriented mindset focused on continuous growth and delivering value
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to teamwork
This position will be located in Los Angeles, CA or Orange, CA. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in one of these locations, per our hybrid working policy.

SalaryThe expected salary for this position is $118,000–$142,000, depending on location, education, experience and unique skills.
