The Energy practice is seeking a T&D Deputy Project Manager
. This role performs project management tasks on energy projects such as transmission, distribution, and substation development.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, self‑directed individual with strong technical potential to develop and deliver innovative energy projects.

• Work with interdisciplinary technical leads for coordinated project execution.
• Interact with clients and support proposals.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for project execution.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and cost to minimize risk.
• Report and elevate issues to management as needed.
• Perform budget updates and validate estimates to completion.
• Maintain project documentation control.
• Work in a team environment (virtual and periodic office presence).
• Support development of technical proposals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in transmission lines, substations, or related energy field (consulting, engineering, solar/renewable).
• Occasional travel within the United States.

• Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
• Sponsorship for U.S. Employment Authorization is not available now or in the future for this position.

Compensation: USD 75,000 – USD 100,000 per year.
