Technical Services Engineer - HVAC Manufacturer - Base Salary to 70k/year - Orange, CA Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and manage tickets
- Travel to customer and distributor sites for training, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Review and process claims, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain parts inventory
- Serve as a product expert and develop troubleshooting guides
- Technical degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in consumer electronics or HVAC troubleshooting
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with multiple priorities
- Local and available for on-site support
- Base salary to $70,000 per year
