Job Description
Technical Services Engineer - HVAC Manufacturer - Base Salary to 70k / year - Orange, CA
- Our client, a leading consumer electronics and HVAC company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to resolve technical issues for customers onsite or over the phone.
- Provide technical support and manage tickets
- Travel to customer and distributor sites for training, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Review and process claims, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain parts inventory.
- Serve as a product expert and develop troubleshooting guides.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in consumer electronics or HVAC troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with multiple priorities.
- Local and available for on-site support.
- Base salary to 70k / year
