We are specialized recruiters for the Semiconductor, RF & Defense/Space Industry. Our client designs and manufactures semiconductor products for high‑speed commercial and defense applications. This role is for a Product Engineer in Orange County, CA. If your background meets the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.

• New Product Introduction – responsible for product life cycle management
• Identify contributors to product quality and cost, and drive cost reductions
• Manage test house qualifications and yield improvements
• Characterize, analyze ATE and probe data
• Develop production and characterization test specifications
• Create and manage product documentation
• Provide product development support, interfacing with Design, Test, Application, and Quality Engineering teams

• Minimum B.S. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering; M.S. is a plus but not required
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Development
• Solid knowledge of mix‑signal products for high‑volume production
• Significant experience with problem isolation, test issue resolution, and yield enhancement
• Experience with bench instruments and lab equipment for troubleshooting
• Proficiency in statistical methods and tools
• Knowledge of product reliability and qualification
• Demonstrable project management skills

• Lab equipment knowledge related to VNA/PNA, Spectrum Analyzer, Digital and Real‑Time Oscilloscope, BERT, etc.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware
• C++ programming experience, or related Python/MATLAB skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work closely and coordinate activities with other functional groups
• Excellent analytical and technical skills to resolve product, process, test, and yield issues
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle changing priorities, and manage interruptions
• Multi‑tasking, coordinating meetings, and preparing & delivering technical presentations
