Senior Analyst - FP&A Key Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across business units
Build dynamic financial models using Excel (Power Query, VBA, pivot tables)
Design and manage Power BI dashboards for performance tracking
Analyze sales, margins, and operations to uncover risks and opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams on strategic initiatives
Deliver monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership
Conduct scenario modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc reporting
QualificationsBachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years FP&A experience, including 3+ years in CPG industry
Proficient in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)
Familiar with ERP systems and data integration tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred SkillsExperience with SQL, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Power BI
Advanced Excel skills (modeling, automation)
Understanding of manufacturing-to-consumer workflows
Knowledge of CPG marketing spend and consumption analytics
