At Palm Beach Tan we are seeking a passionate, hard‑working individual to lead our salon, represent our brand, and ensure a vibrant, team‑oriented atmosphere.

• Quarterly reviews for hourly pay increases up to $25 per hour

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train salon consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for employees and clients
• Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use tanning equipment when needed
• Attend off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time for at least 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
