Manager of Clinical ResearchUnder the supervision of the Director, the Manager of Clinical Research is responsible for ensuring that the strategic vision, direction, and operations of the Clinical Research department are implemented and adhered to by all local network site staff and disease‑oriented teams. The candidate will oversee day‑to‑day operations of local site staff and disease teams, lead the program in alignment with local and health system initiatives, assess protocol participation, ensure compliance with regulations, facilitate communication between ministries, stakeholders, and leadership, and assist in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures.
Responsibilities- Ensure strategic vision and operations of the Clinical Research department are implemented.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of local site staff and disease‑oriented teams.
- Lead program alignment with local and health system initiatives.
- Assess protocol participation and compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate communication between ministries, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a health‑related field (preferred).
- ACRP or SOCRA certification, or other Clinical Research Certification upon hire.
- At least 7 years of clinical research experience.
- At least 5 years of management or supervision of clinical trials.
- Experience in managing data collection, reporting, outcomes, quality improvement, and standards/pathways.
- Experience meeting FDA (GCP, ICH guidelines) and other federal, state, and local regulations surrounding human research and gene therapy practices.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical and FDA agency representatives.
- Master’s degree.

Pay Range: $58.79 - $92.82 (base salary). Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
