Men's Spa and Laundry Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Perform laundry duties.
• Re‑fill spa and salon products.
• Complete light janitorial work.
• Maintain a 5‑Star standard of presentation and service.
• Work as part of a fast‑paced team.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English; clear, professional communication with guests.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Greet and assist guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist guests with disabilities, express genuine appreciation.
• Support the team in reaching common goals.
• Show strong attention to detail and be focused and energetic.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Previous hospitality or spa experience preferred.

Physical Demands: Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, and stoop; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; perform other reasonable duties as requested by managers or supervisors.
