Healthcare Talent is currently supporting a Benefits & Compensation Manager opening in the greater Orange County area. They may also consider a candidate who is focused only in Benefits Management.
This position is responsible for working with several TPAs, and in assisting the company in bringing on new company acquisitions. Must have experience in integrating various benefits plans under a corporate structure. Also must have multi-state and large company (2,500 - 4,000 employee) experience, as well as plan negotiating experience. Oversees a team of 3–4 benefits analysts. Must be comfortable creating presentations and presenting at the senior management or board level if needed.
Partners with HR and Payroll team for optimal results. This is a rapidly growing and dynamic company with excellent benefits and offers competitive compensation!
Must have experience in compensation restructuring and design in a large company setting.
