Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor
Join Intercare Holdings Insurance Services in Orange, CA as a Workers' Compensation Claims Supervisor. Lead a team of 8, including 6 Claims Adjusters and 2 Claims Assistants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure exceptional claim handling.
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing coaching, counseling, and feedback to team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant statutes and company guidelines.
- Address personnel issues promptly and decisively, keeping management informed of corrective action.
