Commercial Account Executive

• Proactively supporting producers, growing and maintaining client relationships by providing high-level advice and excellent service.
• Leading and managing a team of account managers.
• Being analytical, detail-oriented, reliable, and forward-thinking with the ability to connect the dots.
• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, deep coverage and market knowledge, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Participating in high-performance team meetings.
• Managing binders, policies, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
• Contributing to client retention through excellent service and follow-through.
• Building and maintaining market relationships through marketing activities before and after renewals.
• Preparing written correspondence, reports, and analysis as needed, and documenting all communication in AMS
  360.
• Assisting the accounting department with clients’ aged receivables and account reconciliation.
• Delivering professional in-person presentations to clients, analyzing their insurance programs and risk management needs.

This role is about understanding risk, making decisions, and communicating those decisions clearly

• Experience in commercial lines account management or a related role
• Ability to understand and explain insurance concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in an in-office, team-based environment
• Interest in learning and growing beyond a traditional account management role
