Entry Level Fabricator

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an entry level fabricator to join their team. As a fabricator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various projects.

Entry Level Fabricator

Location:

Orange, CA
Pay Range: $21/hr
Shift: 1:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables.
• Observe and assist experienced fabricators with layout and fit up.
• Utilize basic measuring tools in the fabrication process (measuring tapes, calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Cut parts accurately on the shear and bandsaw.
• Properly clean and de-burr parts to remove contamination before welding.
• Learn quality control standards, measurements, and documentation procedures.

• Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, charts & tables.
• Basic fabrication experience.
• Able to load, unload and secure product for transport.
• Accurately measure, calculate and record material usage and time tracking by project.
