a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with five to eight years of experience. Located in the vibrant Orange

County Airport area, we pride ourselves on a rich heritage that attracts clients beyond the typical scope of

an intimate firm.

As a member of our team, you’ll be instrumental in handling various transactional real estate needs

for private businesses. The role encompasses a diverse range of tasks, including real estate purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing options, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements. Tasks may include some real estate

Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models are a plus.

Experience in Real Estate transactions, title review, real estate finance, or work outs is also
