• Work alongside the kitchen team to prepare and plate desserts according to established recipes and standards.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
• Assist with inventory and ordering as needed.

• Previous experience as a pastry cook is required.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to collaborate with others.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
