Restaurant Manager

Essential Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations from ordering to guest service, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage the flow of business during operating hours, being present in all key areas to monitor service quality and correct issues.
  • Handle financial operations, including cash handling, bar bank reconciliation, and vendor coordination.
  • Lead all human‑resource duties for the crew, including hiring, training, and performance coaching.
  • Forecast product needs based on inventory counts.
  • Prepare schedules for servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and supervisors.
  • Develop incentive programs and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
  • Ensure food products meet company recipe specifications.
  • Manage labor decisions each shift.
  • Conduct interviews and select new crew members.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Minimum age 21.
  • At least two years of management experience.
  • College degree preferred, in business or hospitality management.
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with inventory management and scheduling.
