Restaurant Manager – Fox Restaurant Concepts

Be hired by a leading brand in the restaurant industry. We are looking for an energetic, high‑volume restaurant manager to lead dinner service, develop team talent, and uphold our food and service standards.

Base pay range

71,000.00 / yr – 85,000.00 / yr

What you’ll do:

Must have 2+ years of high‑volume restaurant management experience
Understand business operations and financials; make daily decisions, schedule, and plan shifts
Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
Understand flavors, aromas and characteristics of ingredients; ensure menu consistency and product quality
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and food safety standards
Perform calmly and effectively in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
Handle on‑the‑fly requests with ease and poise
Be proficient with POS systems and Open Table (or other reservation systems)
Coach, lead and develop the restaurant team
