Role Summary
Part‑Time Brand Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customers’ expectations. Success comes from being a team player who is curious, resourceful, and exemplifies inclusivity, with a customer‑first mindset.
- Motivated to drive day‑to‑day business and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Proactively center all decisions around the customer experience.
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training to execute business results.
- Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive results and embrace new technology.
- Represent the customer experience expectations in store and deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
- Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment with the customer at its core.
- Engage in networking to build a clientele and provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
- Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes (Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
- Broaden customer accessibility to product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
- Ensure all store standards and sales floor conditions are met at all times.
- Retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high‑volume, or high‑profile specialty environment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap and office; work with chemicals and lift/climb up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to operate the register, stand and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including day, evening, weekend, overnight shifts, and occasional travel.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co‑workers.
Salary — $15.00 to $19.72 hourly
