The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and contributes to store sales goals. This role supports customers throughout the shopping journey while upholding Ralph Lauren's service and presentation standards.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales and performance goals.
- Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, fitting rooms, and available programs.
- Maintain store standards, visual presentation, and sales floor and back-of-house operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support replenishment, floor sets, and other store activities.
- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
