Outlet Keyholder - Selling - Outlets At Orange

The Outlet Keyholder supports sales and profitability through customer engagement, selling, and merchandising efficiency. The role delivers helpful customer service while supporting store operations and providing supplemental oversight during opening and closing procedures.

• Engage customers and provide friendly service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and merchandise receipts and dispatches.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom spaces.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Support opening and closing standards and provide supplemental supervision when store leaders are absent.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
