The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience and helps customers find products that meet their needs. This customer-focused role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives.
- Assist customers with product knowledge, styling, fitting room needs, and available programs.
- Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
- Support store operations, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share product feedback and category opportunities with management.
- Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
