Account Executive – Beacon Hill
Base pay range: $68,640.00/yr – $70,000.00/yr
About the Role: As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from and utilize our temporary staffing services. Your day will involve researching prospective businesses through introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations. Much of your time will be spent away from the office meeting existing Beacon Hill clients and prospective clients, attending important client meetings, and engaging in entertaining events.
You will collaborate closely with the recruiting team to find and coach the best potential employee for each open position.
Beacon Hill will rely on you to represent the company well in the marketplace, address the needs of existing clients while pursuing new ones, negotiate and implement successful deals, and manage projects to ensure both successful client outcomes and productive use of internal resources.

- Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
- Conduct client meetings—visit sites, deliver sales presentations, and develop an understanding of client needs.
- Manage job order process—partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs while acting on the client’s behalf.
- Manage client relationships—serve as client’s first point of contact during the job order process and provide client entertainment (dinners, golfing, sporting events).
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, explain positions, and work collaboratively.
- A love for working with people.
- Tenacious self‑motivation and persistence—able to make 100+ calls and push beyond the 100‑call threshold.
- Confident exercise of discretion and independent judgment regarding what Beacon Hill can effectively deliver for a business.
- Leadership skills and a significant drive to compete and win.
- Base salary plus uncapped commission—limitless earning potential.
