Golden Years is seeking a career‑minded, self‑motivated, energetic sales and marketing manager, who is driven, acts independently, and excels at creating new contacts for our Home Care position. The ideal candidate will submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary; industry experience is a plus but not required.

• Base salary plus commission
