We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Project Coordinator to support our sales team and coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through quoting, approvals, production release, delivery, and installation coordination.
7am-330pm
Fully in-Office (no remote option)
Responsibilities- Accurate quotes and proposals using Auto Quotes.
- Support special-order pricing and product substitutions.
- Review architectural plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Identify project requirements, constraints, and scope gaps.
- Coordinate submittal packages, drawings, and approval cycles.
- Manage drawing revisions and outstanding customer approvals.
- Confirm dimensions, finishes, quantities, and product specifications.
- Accurate project files and customer correspondence.
- Coordinate projects through production, delivery, and installation.
- Communicate with sales representatives, dealers, and consultants.
- Track manufacturing timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
- Proven experience with Auto Quotes (or similar), including data management and reporting.
- Strong skills in sales coordination, reporting, and documentation, with a keen eye for detail.
